Receiving, Warehousing and Installation

You ship to our location, and we receive and report our receipts for your account.

With this elected service, we open, inspect, capture pictures, and report the condition of items upon receipt prior to moving them into storage.

Our 10,000sf warehouse is centrally located near Downtown Orlando and organized into mapped storage zones. Warehouse resources, including a loading dock, facilitate carton, crate, pallet, and furniture storage. A special zone is reserved for lighting and fans, fragile, and special items.

We work with you to manage returns, exchanges, damage claims, repairs, and modifications.

Our trained professionals load, deliver, unload and install your goods at your direction with great care and efficiency. Installation specialists lead our teams, communicate with you, and perform the extra tasks you request.

If installation is not necessary, we load, deliver and unload at the location of your specification.

We prefer to handle your goods from beginning to end, but occasional customer pickup from the warehouse is available by appointment. Pull and load fees apply.

We are available to receive, hold, and then load to ship with your carrier at a future date. Pick-up appointments are required, and pull and load fees apply.

Our tool-ready specialists are available to hang art, televisions, curtains, and other non-electrical items upon request.
